The purpose of processing is to manage and respond to enquiries, questions or suggestions submitted by the user.

Processing is carried out on the basis of the data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), freely, specifically and unambiguously given by submitting the contact form.

Messages pending verification are retained for a maximum of 24 hours. Once verified and delivered, associated records are retained for a maximum of 7 days for security and duplicate-prevention purposes, after which they are automatically deleted.

Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. Messages are forwarded internally to the HumArTech team at the Universidad de Málaga.
