Durante su experiencia predoctoral, fue becaria del Plan Propio de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Universidad de Granada (2005) y del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n con una beca FPU (2006-2010), obteniendo adem\u00e1s dos becas para la realizaci\u00f3n de estancias de investigaci\u00f3n en instituciones extranjeras (Universidad Q\u0101\u1e0d\u012b \u2018Iyy\u0101d de Marrakech, 2008; Universidad Mu\u1e25ammad V de Rabat, 2009). Asimismo, desarroll\u00f3 otras dos estancias de investigaci\u00f3n predoctoral en Fez (Inspection de Monuments et Sites Historiques de F\u00e8s, 2008) y Mekn\u00e8s (Inspection de Monuments et Sites Historiques de Mekn\u00e8s, 2009). Junto a ello, obtuvo el T\u00edtulo Oficial de \u00c1rabe. Nivel Avanzado (2010).<\/p>\n<p>Durante su etapa postdoctoral, ha trabajado como profesora e investigadora en el Institute for the International Education of Students (IES Abroad Granada, 2010 y 2014-2016; IES Abroad Salamanca, 2015; IES Abroad Madrid, 2015 y 2016); la Universidad de Granada (2010-2012); la Universidad de Almer\u00eda (2015-2016); el Laboratoire de D\u00e9mographie et d\u2019Histoire Sociale (CRH-EHESS, Paris, 2012-2014), donde comenz\u00f3 su formaci\u00f3n con los Sistemas de Informaci\u00f3n Geogr\u00e1fica (SIG); el Instituto de Estudos Medievais (FCSH\/UNL, Lisboa, 2016-2018), donde trabaj\u00f3 tras obtener una Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie Individual Fellowship del Programa Horizonte 2020 en una convocatoria extremadamente competitiva, desarrollando el Proyecto ArtMedGIS sobre el estudio de la difusi\u00f3n de elementos art\u00edsticos isl\u00e1micos a trav\u00e9s del Mediterr\u00e1neo entre los siglos XII y XV con la aplicaci\u00f3n de los SIG. Desde 2018, trabaja en la Universidad de M\u00e1laga como Profesora Ayudante Doctora, donde imparte las asignaturas de\u00a0<em>Arte Medieval Cristiano\u00a0<\/em>y\u00a0<em>Arte Isl\u00e1mico, Andalus\u00ed y Mud\u00e9jar<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Con respecto a su actividad investigadora, ha participado en varios proyectos I+D+i, destacando el ArtMedGIS Project (MSCA \u2013 H2020, grant agreement n\u00ba 699818) y el Proyecto PREFORTI (BIA2015-69938-R). Ha sido invitada a varios Seminarios y Conferencias Internacionales en centros de investigaci\u00f3n de reconocido prestigio, como el CNRS-EHESS (Paris, 2013), la Universidad de Chicago (2018), el Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife (Granada, 2015), y a clases de Doctorado y M\u00e1ster (CNRS-EHESS, 2013; Universidad de Zaragoza, 2015; Universidade Nova de Lisboa, 2016; UGR, 2018; UMA, 2018). Asimismo, ha participado en m\u00e1s de una cuarentena de Congresos Internacionales celebrados en Francia, Espa\u00f1a, Portugal, Reino Unido, Suiza, Austria, Italia, Grecia, Croacia, Suecia y Estados Unidos, as\u00ed como en la organizaci\u00f3n de diferentes actividades cient\u00edficas, repartidas en sesiones de Congresos Internacionales (Pula, 2012; Leeds, 2017), Workshops Internacionales (Par\u00eds, 2014; Lisboa, 2017; Granada, 2017), Seminarios Internacionales (Granada, 2016) y nacionales (M\u00e1laga, 2018), Cursos Internacionales (Lisboa, 2017; Granada, 2017) y nacionales (M\u00e1laga, 2018).<\/p>\n<p>Entre sus numerosas publicaciones cient\u00edficas, destacan sus libros\u00a0<em>Los almor\u00e1vides: arquitectura de un imperio<\/em>\u00a0(UGR \u2013 Casa \u00c1rabe Madrid, 2015) y\u00a0<em>al-Mur\u0101bi\u1e6d\u016bn (los almor\u00e1vides): un Imperio isl\u00e1mico occidental. Estudios en memoria del Profesor Henri Terrasse<\/em>\u00a0(ed., Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife, 2018); sus art\u00edculos \u201cLes muqarnas dans la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e m\u00e9di\u00e9vale depuis l\u2019\u00e9poque almoravide jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin du XV<sup>e<\/sup>\u00a0si\u00e8cle\u201d (<em>Histoire et Mesure<\/em>, 2016), \u201cEstudio del ataurique almor\u00e1vide a partir de las yeser\u00edas del Carmen del Mauror en el Museo de la Alhambra (Granada)\u201d (<em>Mediaeval Sophia<\/em>, 2017) y \u201cTransformations in Medieval Fez: Almoravid Hydraulic System and Changes in the Almohad Walls\u201d (<em>Journal of North African Studies<\/em>, 2018); y sus cap\u00edtulos de libro \u201cThe Garden of Paradise?
