Arte<\/h2>\n<p>Proceso de escucha y observaci\u00f3n del entorno para apoyar la toma de decisi\u00f3n a todos los niveles de la organizaci\u00f3n, hasta devenir en la implantaci\u00f3n de un sistema permanente de vigilancia tecnol\u00f3gica e inteligencia competitiva.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido el sistema contribuir\u00e1 a asentar las bases para definir la posici\u00f3n competitiva que ha de tomar la organizaci\u00f3n, sus objetivos, especialmente en materia de I+D+i, y el esquema organizativo adecuado a tal posici\u00f3n y objetivos.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan aparece definido en la norma UNE
